1/35 15cm Panzerwerfer 42 (Zehnling) auf sWS – Bronco Model CB35070

The Bronco Models 1/35 15cm Panzerwerfer 42 (Zehnling) auf sWS (CB35070) recreates one of Germany’s most distinctive late‑war rocket artillery vehicles. Mounted on the sWS (Schwere Wehrmachtschlepper)—a heavy half‑track designed for frontline logistics and towing—the Panzerwerfer 42 combined mobility, armor protection, and devastating firepower.

Armed with the 15cm Nebelwerfer 42 ten‑barrel rocket launcher (nicknamed Zehnling), this vehicle delivered rapid, concentrated rocket barrages capable of saturating enemy positions. Unlike towed Nebelwerfer units, the armored sWS‑mounted version offered improved survivability and the ability to fire and relocate quickly—critical advantages during the final years of the war.

Bronco’s kit captures the unique engineering and battlefield presence of this vehicle with:

• Highly detailed sWS chassis with accurate suspension and drivetrain

• Fully detailed 15cm Nebelwerfer 42 launcher with adjustable elevation

• Optional open or closed armored crew compartment hatches

• Detailed interior components including seats, controls, and ammunition racks

• Photo‑etched parts for fine details and scale accuracy

• Link‑and‑length tracks for realistic sag and easier assembly

• Crisp molding and sharp surface textures ideal for weathering

• Perfect for late‑war dioramas, artillery scenes, or standalone display

This kit offers an excellent blend of technical detail and historical interest, making it a rewarding project for modelers who enjoy German rocket artillery, half‑tracks, and late‑war armored vehicles.
