The Bronco Models 1/35 British 17-Pounder Anti-Tank Gun Crew (CB35087) is a highly detailed plastic model kit from Bronco Models, a Hong Kong–based manufacturer renowned for exceptional historical accuracy and fine surface detail.
The British Ordnance QF 17-pounder was one of the most powerful Allied anti-tank guns of World War II, capable of defeating the heaviest German armour at typical engagement ranges. Entering service in 1942, it was mounted on a purpose-built carriage and crewed by Royal Artillery detachments who operated it in North Africa, Italy, and North-West Europe. The gun's crew drilled to achieve rapid fire rates and precise positioning, as their lives depended on getting the first round off before the enemy could react. This figure set honours those gun detachment crews.
