1/35 Bussing-Nag 4500S - IBG 35012

The IBG 1/35 Büssing-NAG 4500S (IBG 35012) depicts the successor to the earlier 500S, produced from 1942 to 1945 with a similar mechanical layout but a redesigned external appearance. Powered by a six-cylinder, 105hp diesel engine, the 4500S carried a payload of roughly 4.75 tons.

Founded in 1903, Büssing is recognized as one of Germany's oldest lorry manufacturers. In 1931 the company became Büssing-NAG after acquiring AEG's subsidiary NAG, and went on to produce a broad range of lorries with payloads from 1.5 to 11.5 tons that formed a backbone of German Army logistics throughout the Second World War.
