The Amusing Hobby 1/35 E‑100 with Maus Turret (35A046) brings to life one of the most iconic “what‑if” super‑heavy tank concepts of late‑war Germany. Combining the massive E‑100 chassis with the equally imposing Maus turret, this configuration represents the extreme end of the Entwicklung program—an ambitious attempt to create breakthrough armored vehicles capable of overwhelming Allied firepower.
While the E‑100 chassis reached partial prototype status and the Maus turret was produced for its own platform, the combination of the two remained a theoretical design. This makes the subject especially appealing to modelers who enjoy prototype armor, late‑war German engineering, and alternate‑history builds.
Amusing Hobby’s kit captures the sheer size and mechanical complexity of this super‑heavy vehicle with:
Highly detailed E‑100 suspension and running gear
Large, accurately shaped Maus turret with crisp surface detail
Well‑engineered 128mm main gun assembly
Clean molding and excellent part fit for a smooth build
Link‑and‑length tracks for realistic sag
A massive footprint that dominates any display shelf
This kit is perfect for builders who enjoy German “paper panzers,” prototype armor, and large‑scale AFV projects. Whether you prefer a clean factory‑fresh finish or a heavily weathered late‑war scenario, the E‑100 with Maus Turret offers a huge canvas for creativity.
