1/35 Junkers Ju87 D5 Stuka - Border BF-012

The Border Model 1/35 Junkers Ju 87 D-5 Stuka Dive Bomber (BF-012) is a highly detailed plastic model kit.

The Junkers Ju 87 D-5 was a late-war variant of the infamous Stuka dive bomber, featuring extended outer wing panels with 20mm cannon armament replacing the older 7.92mm machine guns. The Ju 87 became a symbol of German Blitzkrieg tactics, its banshee-wail Jericho trumpets striking terror into retreating troops across Poland, France, North Africa, and the Eastern Front. The D-5 version was optimized for close air support and anti-tank duties, serving alongside Tank Destroyer variants like the Ju 87 G. Pilots like Hans-Ulrich Rudel flew the Stuka with remarkable results against Soviet armor.
