1/35 Tankette Tks-B (2 Versions) [Automatic Cannon 20mm Mk.38 Or 7,92mm Mk.25 Hotchkiss] - Mirage 354013

The Mirage Hobby 354013 1/35 1/35 Tankette TKS-B (2 Versions) – 20mm Autocannon or 7.92mm MG is a premium 1/35 scale model kit from Mirage Hobby, the Polish manufacturer specializing in inter-war and WWII light AFV subjects. Mirage Hobby is a Polish manufacturer that has carved a unique niche in 1/35 scale modeling — specializing in inter-war and early WWII subjects that no other manufacturer covers, with a particular focus on Polish, French, and British light tanks and carriers of the 1930s. Their kits often represent the only 1/35 scale treatment of their subjects, making them essential for collectors of these specialist eras.

The TKS tankette was Poland's primary armored fighting vehicle at the outbreak of the Second World War in 1939 — a small, fast, lightly armored two-man vehicle used for reconnaissance and infantry support. A small number were fitted with the 20mm Nkm wz.38 FK autocannon (replacing the standard 7.92mm Hotchkiss MG), creating a significantly more capable anti-tank weapon. These cannon-armed TKS were the only Polish armored vehicles capable of penetrating German Panzer I and Panzer II armor at combat range, and accounts suggest they destroyed several German tanks before being overwhelmed. Mirage Hobby provides both the standard MG variant and the rarer cannon-armed version in one kit.

Key Features:
