The Alliance Model Works LW35099 — 1/35 Vehicle Dials and Placards for Kübelwagen & Schwimmwagen is a precision-crafted 1/35 scale Vehicle Dials & Placards Set from one of the hobby world's most innovative US-based aftermarket manufacturers. The VW Type 82 Kübelwagen (bucket car) was the German Army's most widely used light utility vehicle, serving as the Wehrmacht's equivalent of the American Jeep. Over 50,000 were built, and its air-cooled VW engine proved remarkably reliable in the extreme heat of North Africa and the cold of the Eastern Front. The amphibious Schwimmwagen (Type 166) complemented it for river-crossing operations.
This Vehicle Dials & Placards Set brings an immediate, dramatic improvement to your scale build, replacing soft or incomplete kit details with components engineered to true historical accuracy. Alliance Model Works products are developed by experienced modelers who understand exactly what separates a good build from an exceptional one.
