1/350 WWII IJN Type-96 25mm Twin Mount (6 twin mounts) - Alliance Model Works NW35037

The Alliance Model Works NW35037 – 1/350 WWII IJN Type-96 25mm Twin Mount (6 Twin Mounts) is a premium 1/350 scale aftermarket detail set from Alliance Model Works (AMW), the American manufacturer celebrated for its exceptionally precise photoetched brass, resin, and decal accessories for 1/350 scale naval warship modeling.

The Type 96 25mm twin-barrel mounting was the most common medium anti-aircraft gun of the Imperial Japanese Navy, fitted in twin, triple, and single configurations on virtually all IJN warships. The twin mount was particularly common on cruisers and destroyers, fitted in pairs along the sides of superstructures. This set provides six complete twin mounts with photoetched and resin components, dramatically improving on the simplified parts supplied in standard kits.

Key Features:

• Resin components included where applicable for complex 3D shapes
• Accurate IJN warship detail researched from period photographs and plans
