1/350 WWII IJN Type-96 25mm Single Mount (10guns w/Shield Options) - Alliance Model Works NW35038

The Alliance Model Works NW35038 – 1/350 WWII IJN Type-96 25mm Single Mount (10 Guns w/ Shield Options) is a premium 1/350 scale aftermarket detail set from Alliance Model Works (AMW), the American manufacturer celebrated for its exceptionally precise photoetched brass, resin, and decal accessories for 1/350 scale naval warship modeling.

The Type 96 25mm single-barrel mounting was added in increasing numbers to IJN warships from 1943 as Japan struggled to counter American air superiority. Single mounts were fitted to every available deck space on capital ships and cruisers — often dozens per vessel by 1944–45. This set provides ten complete single mounts with optional shield configurations in photoetched and resin, enabling comprehensive IJN anti-aircraft armament for any capital ship or cruiser build.

Key Features:

• Precision photoetched brass components
• Resin components included where applicable for complex 3D shapes
• Accurate IJN warship detail researched from period photographs and plans
• Sufficient quantity for a complete IJN capital ship or cruiser
• Compatible with Hasegawa, Fujimi, Tamiya, and other 1/350 IJN kits
