The BlackSnake 35-BEP-07 1/35 1er BEP Indochina – Legion Parachutist No.7 is a premium 1/35 scale resin figure — a single individually sculpted resin figure from BlackSnake, the French manufacturer specializing in premium resin military figures of rare, specialist, and underrepresented subjects — with a particular strength in French forces of all eras.

The 1er Bataillon Étranger de Parachutistes was a French Foreign Legion parachute battalion that fought in the First Indochina War (1946-54) — one of the most brutal and demanding campaigns in French military history. These elite soldiers, many of them German and other European veterans of WWII, fought in the jungles and mountains of Vietnam in distinctive French parachute and tropical uniforms. The Indochina war gave birth to modern French special operations doctrine and the figures of this era are among the most sought-after in French military modeling.
