1/35 USA VIETNAM 35-SOG-08 - BlackSnake 35-SOG-08 - SOG_08

The BlackSnake 35-SOG-08 1/35 US SOG Special Forces Vietnam No.8 is a premium 1/35 scale resin figure — a single individually sculpted resin figure from BlackSnake, the French manufacturer specializing in premium resin military figures of rare, specialist, and underrepresented subjects — with a particular strength in French forces of all eras.

MACV-SOG (Military Assistance Command, Vietnam — Studies and Observations Group) was the US military's most secret special operations unit of the Vietnam War — conducting classified cross-border operations into Laos, Cambodia, and North Vietnam with indigenous Montagnard troops and small American Special Forces teams. SOG operatives wore non-standard uniforms, carried captured weapons, and operated entirely outside normal military channels. BlackSnake's SOG series captures individual American Special Forces soldiers in the authentic, improvised appearance of these clandestine warriors.
