1/35 IJA 280MM HOWITZER - Border BT-030

The Border Model BT-030 is a 1/35 scale plastic model kit of the Imperial Japanese Army 28cm Howitzer as used during the Russo-Japanese War of 1904–1905. Originally designed by the British Armstrong company in 1884, this heavy siege howitzer played a decisive role in the siege of Port Arthur. This kit captures the impressive turntable mount, shell-hoisting crane, elevation and traverse gearing, and the distinctive 280mm barrel with accurate rifling detail produced using new mold technology.
