The Bronco Models 1/35 German R-3p Rheintochter Surface-to-Air Missile and Launcher (CB35075) is a highly detailed plastic model kit from Bronco Models, a Hong Kong–based manufacturer renowned for exceptional historical accuracy and fine surface detail.
The Rheintochter R-3p was a development variant of Germany's Rheintochter surface-to-air missile family, incorporating an improved sustainer motor for enhanced altitude performance. Developed by Rheinmetall-Borsig from 1943, this programme was part of Germany's broader effort to develop guided SAM technology to counter Allied strategic bombing. The R-3p featured a distinctive multi-finned body and was launched from a purpose-built wheeled trailer. Like its predecessors, it never reached operational deployment before the war's end, but it laid important groundwork for post-war missile development.
