Historical Background:

The SU-152 was the Soviet Union's answer to the German heavy tanks, mounting a massive 152mm ML-20S howitzer on a KV-1S chassis. Rushed into production in early 1943, it arrived just in time for the Battle of Kursk in July 1943, where it proved devastatingly effective against German Tiger and Panther tanks, earning the nickname 'Zveroboy' (Animal Killer). This version includes a detailed interior and improved moveable track sections.

Key Features:

• 1/35 scale injection-molded plastic kit with interior detail
• Full SU-152 superstructure interior included
• Workable track sections for realistic sag
• Detailed 152mm ML-20S howitzer breech
• Photo-etched detail parts
• Resin detail components (certain editions)
