1/35 sWS Infrared Searchlight Carrier ‘UHU’ – Bronco Model CB35212

The Bronco Model CB35212 1/35 sWS Infrared Searchlight Carrier 'UHU' is a premium 1/35 scale model kit from Bronco Models, the Hong Kong-based manufacturer renowned for producing highly detailed kits of unusual, rare, and specialist WWII subjects that other manufacturers rarely tackle.

The schwerer Wehrmachts-Schlepper (sWS) 'Uhu' (Eagle Owl) was one of Germany's most sophisticated late-war armored vehicles — a half-track carrying an FG 1250 infrared searchlight system for use with IR-equipped Panther tanks in coordinated night combat operations. Only a handful were built and their operational use was extremely limited, but the Uhu represents one of the most technically advanced and visually dramatic German vehicles of the entire war.

Key Features:

• Highly detailed 1/35 scale injection-molded plastic model kit
• Fighting compartment detail where applicable
• Multiple paint scheme options with decals
• Photo-etched parts included
• Unassembled and unpainted — glue and paint sold separately

Ideal For:

• WWII German self-propelled gun and tank destroyer builders
• Eastern Front and North Africa diorama creators
• Competition modelers
• Advanced scale modelers
