1/35 US Military 8' Storage Container Set (Vietnam War Era) - GECKO 35GM0112

The Gecko Models 35GM0112 1/35 US Military 8' Storage Container Set (Vietnam War) is a highly detailed injection-molded plastic kit from Gecko Models, the Hong Kong-based manufacturer renowned for its finely detailed military vehicles, figures, and diorama accessories covering WWII British and Commonwealth subjects, Vietnam War-era scenes, and modern military subjects.

The US military's 8-foot steel CONEX (CONtainer EXpress) storage container was ubiquitous on American bases throughout the Vietnam War, used for everything from equipment storage to makeshift offices and shops. Originally designed for shipping, CONEX boxes were pressed into service in countless ways on US installations — stacked as blast barriers, converted into living quarters, or used as supply points. This set recreates one in standard military markings for Vietnam-era base dioramas.

Key Features:

• Highly detailed accessory sculpts for authentic scene building
• Accurate scale proportions based on real-world references
• Multiple pieces per set for flexible scene composition
• Compatible with all major 1/35 diorama base systems
