1/35 SturmPanzer IV 'Brummbär' Mid Production – HobbyBoss 80135

The Hobby Boss 80135 1/35 Sturmpanzer IV 'Brummbär' – Mid Production is a premium 1/35 scale plastic model kit from Hobby Boss, the Chinese manufacturer that has built a strong reputation for producing detailed kits of unusual and specialist subjects — particularly rare Soviet, Hungarian, and pre-war vehicles — that other manufacturers have not tackled.

The Sturmpanzer IV — nicknamed 'Brummbär' (Grumbling Bear) by Allied intelligence — was Germany's heavy assault gun designed specifically for destroying fortified positions in urban and close-range combat. Mounting the massive 15cm StuH 43 howitzer on the Panzer IV chassis with 100mm of frontal armor, it could demolish any field fortification or building with a single round. Hobby Boss produces both the Early and Mid Production variants with their specific detail differences — distinctive changes to the driver's visor, gun mantlet, periscopes, and superstructure that distinguish each production run.

Key Features:

• Highly detailed 1/35 scale injection-molded plastic model kit
• Accurate exterior detail based on period documentation and surviving examples
• Multiple paint scheme options with decals
• Unassembled and unpainted — glue and paint required, sold separately
