1/35 Pz.Kpfw.38(t) / Pz.Bef.Wg.38(t) Ausf.B – HobbyBoss 80138

The Hobby Boss 80138 1/35 Pz.Kpfw.38(t) / Pz.Bef.Wg.38(t) Ausf.B is a premium 1/35 scale plastic model kit from Hobby Boss, the Chinese manufacturer that has built a strong reputation for producing detailed kits of unusual and specialist subjects — particularly rare Soviet, Hungarian, and pre-war vehicles — that other manufacturers have not tackled.

The Panzerkampfwagen 38(t) was the most important Czechoslovak tank design of the inter-war period, manufactured at the Praga and ČKD factories and forming a vital component of German armored strength in 1939-41. The '(t)' designation indicated 'tschechisch' (Czech), and these well-built, reliable vehicles filled crucial gaps in Wehrmacht panzer divisions during the Polish campaign, the fall of France, and the early phases of Operation Barbarossa. Hobby Boss has produced multiple variants of this important subject including the combat Ausf.B/E/F and the Befehlswagen command version.

Key Features:

• Highly detailed 1/35 scale injection-molded plastic model kit
• Accurate exterior detail based on period documentation and surviving examples
• Multiple paint scheme options with decals
• Unassembled and unpainted — glue and paint required, sold separately
• Photo-etched parts included where applicable

Ideal For:

• WWII and pre-war armor diorama builders and collectors
• Modelers seeking unusual, rare, or specialist subjects
• Competition modelers
