1/350 DKM Navy Type lX-A U-Boat - HOBBY BOSS 83506

The Hobby Boss 83506 1/350 DKM Navy Type IX-A U-Boat is a detailed injection-molded plastic model kit from Hobby Boss, the Chinese manufacturer renowned for its extensive range of military vehicles, ships, aircraft, and figures covering subjects from WWI through to the modern era.

With greater range and torpedo capacity than the Type VII, the Type IX series was used for commerce raiding in distant waters including the American East Coast, the Caribbean, and the Indian Ocean. Only 8 Type IX-As were built before production shifted to the improved Type IX-B.
