1/35 Sd.Kfz.221 Leichter Panzerspähwagen (3rd Series) – HobbyBoss 83812

The Hobby Boss 83812 1/35 Sd.Kfz.221 Leichter Panzerspähwagen (3rd Series) is a premium 1/35 scale plastic model kit from Hobby Boss, the Chinese manufacturer that has built a strong reputation for producing detailed kits of unusual and specialist subjects — particularly rare Soviet, Hungarian, and pre-war vehicles — that other manufacturers have not tackled.

The Sd.Kfz.221 was the lightest of Germany's standard armored car family — a two-man vehicle mounting only a single MG13 machine gun, used primarily for reconnaissance and liaison duties. The 3rd Series introduced detail improvements to the vehicle. These compact cars served as the eyes of Panzer divisions in the fast-moving campaigns of 1939-41.

Key Features:

• Highly detailed 1/35 scale injection-molded plastic model kit
• Accurate exterior detail based on period documentation and surviving examples
• Multiple paint scheme options with decals
• Unassembled and unpainted — glue and paint required, sold separately
• Photo-etched parts included where applicable

Ideal For:

• WWII and pre-war armor diorama builders and collectors
• Modelers seeking unusual, rare, or specialist subjects
• Competition modelers
• Intermediate to advanced scale modelers

Hobby Boss kits deliver exceptional value and authentic detail on subjects you will not find elsewhere. The 83812 1/35 Sd.Kfz.221 Leichter Panzerspähwagen (3rd Series) is available at AFVHobbyHub.com.
