1/35 Hungarian 40M Nimrod Anti-Aircraft Gun - HOBBY BOSS 83829

The Hobby Boss 83829 1/35 Hungarian 40M Nimrod Anti-Aircraft Gun is a detailed injection-molded plastic model kit from Hobby Boss, the Chinese manufacturer renowned for its extensive range of military vehicles, ships, aircraft, and figures covering subjects from WWI through to the modern era.

The 40M Nimród was Hungary's primary self-propelled anti-aircraft gun of WWII, based on the Swedish Landsverk L-62 Anti II. Armed with a 40mm Bofors automatic cannon and protected by light armor, it served with the Royal Hungarian Army on the Eastern Front from 1942. The Nimród's distinctive angular silhouette and unusual provenance make it one of the most interesting minor Axis AFVs of the war.
