1/35 Soviet BA‑20 Armored Car Mod.1939 – HobbyBoss 83883

The Hobby Boss 83883 1/35 Soviet BA-20 Armored Car Mod.1939 is a premium 1/35 scale plastic model kit from Hobby Boss, the Chinese manufacturer that has built a strong reputation for producing detailed kits of unusual and specialist subjects — particularly rare Soviet, Hungarian, and pre-war vehicles — that other manufacturers have not tackled.

The BA-10 and BA-20 were the Soviet Army's standard armored cars of the late 1930s — wheeled vehicles used for reconnaissance, liaison, and light combat duties. The BA-10 mounted a 45mm gun and served in Finland, Mongolia, and the opening phases of Barbarossa; the BA-20 was a lighter vehicle with only MG armament used for command and liaison work.

Key Features:

• Highly detailed 1/35 scale injection-molded plastic model kit
• Accurate exterior detail based on period documentation and surviving examples
• Multiple paint scheme options with decals
• Unassembled and unpainted — glue and paint required, sold separately
• Photo-etched parts included where applicable

Ideal For:

• WWII and pre-war armor diorama builders and collectors
• Modelers seeking unusual, rare, or specialist subjects
• Competition modelers
