1/350 HMS General Wolfe - HOBBY BOSS 86519

The Hobby Boss 86519 1/350 HMS General Wolfe – Lord Clive-Class Monitor is a detailed injection-molded plastic model kit from Hobby Boss, the Chinese manufacturer renowned for its extensive range of military vehicles, ships, aircraft, and figures covering subjects from WWI through to the modern era.

HMS General Wolfe was a Lord Clive-class monitor of the Royal Navy, originally armed with a single 12-inch gun for coastal bombardment. During WWI she was re-armed with an 18-inch gun — the largest ever fitted to a British warship — for long-range shore bombardment operations. Monitors like General Wolfe were designed to provide heavy naval gunfire support in shallow coastal waters where conventional warships could not operate, playing a vital role in WWI naval operations.
