1/35 US M19 Tank Transporter with Soft Top Cab - I Love Kit 63502

The I Love Kit 1/35 US M19 Tank Transporter with Soft Top Cab (ILK 63502) recreates the Diamond T980/981 tractor unit paired with the massive M9 Rogers 45-ton semi-trailer, one of the most important pieces of heavy recovery and transport equipment fielded by the US Army in the Second World War.

Developed after the British Purchasing Commission approached American truck manufacturers in 1940 for a vehicle capable of moving increasingly heavy Allied tanks, the Diamond T Company's 980 tractor entered service powered by a 14.5 liter Hercules diesel engine. Paired with the M9 Rogers trailer, the M19 combination could recover and transport tanks as large as the M4 Sherman, making it indispensable to Allied logistics from North Africa through the liberation of Europe.

Key Features:

• 1/35 scale injection molded plastic kit with soft top cab configuration
• Detailed Diamond T980/981 tractor with accurately reproduced cab, winch, and chassis details
• Full-length M9 Rogers 45-ton trailer with multi-directional slide molded components for crisp panel and rivet detail
• Photo etched parts for fine hardware, grilles, and trailer fittings
• Decal sheet for authentic period markings
• Clear parts for windshield and cab glazing

This kit's sheer scale makes it a striking centerpiece for any WWII Allied transport or logistics display, and it pairs naturally with any 1/35 scale Sherman variant as a loaded transporter diorama.

Ideal For:

• WWII Allied logistics and support vehicle collectors
• Large-scale diorama builders
• Modelers looking to pair with a 1/35 Sherman or other Allied tank

Whether displayed solo or loaded with a tank of your choice, the I Love Kit 1/35 M19 Tank Transporter delivers an impressive, historically grounded build.
