1/35 M3A5 Medium Tank - I Love Kit 63519

The I Love Kit 1/35 M3A5 Medium Tank (ILK 63519) represents the riveted-hull, diesel-powered production variant of the American Medium Tank, M3. As part of the same family that produced the famous "Lee" and "Grant" designations, the M3A5 combined the earlier riveted construction method with twin diesel engines, giving Allied crews improved reliability and range over the original gasoline-powered production run.

Large numbers of M3-series tanks were supplied to Britain and the Soviet Union under Lend-Lease, where they saw extensive combat service in North Africa and on the Eastern Front before being superseded by the M4 Sherman.

Key Features:

• 1/35 scale injection molded plastic kit with photo etched detail parts
• Multi-directional slide molded upper and lower hull for crisp riveted panel detail
• Individual track link running gear for realistic sag and ground contact
• Sponson-mounted 75mm gun and rotating turret with secondary 37mm armament
• Decal sheet with period markings for Lend-Lease and US service

The M3A5's riveted hull construction gives it a visibly different texture from the welded M3A3, making it a great companion build for modelers assembling a comparative M3 family collection.

Ideal For:

• Lend-Lease and Eastern Front armor enthusiasts
• North Africa campaign diorama builders
• Collectors building the full I Love Kit M3 Lee/Grant lineup

The I Love Kit 1/35 M3A5 Medium Tank is a solid, detail-rich build honoring an important early-war Allied tank.
