1/35 M3 GRANT MEDIUM TANK - I Love Kit 63520

The I Love Kit 1/35 M3 Grant Medium Tank (ILK 63520) depicts the British-pattern turret variant of the American Medium Tank, M3. Named after Union general Ulysses S. Grant, this configuration replaced the US M3's tall turret and cupola with a lower-profile British-designed turret carrying a radio set, improving crew coordination and reducing the vehicle's silhouette on the battlefield.

The M3 Grant became a mainstay of British and Commonwealth armored units in the North African campaign, most notably at the Second Battle of El Alamein, where its 75mm sponson gun finally gave Allied tank crews the ability to fire high-explosive shells at Axis positions and armor at effective range.

Key Features:

• 1/35 scale injection molded plastic kit with 640+ parts across 19 sprues
• Low-profile British-pattern turret accurately reproduced with radio bustle
• Multi-directional slide molded upper and lower hull for sharp panel and weld detail
• 160 individual track links per side for realistic sag
• Photo etched parts for fine exterior hardware

This kit is a fitting tribute to the tank crews of the British Eighth Army and captures the distinctive twin-armament layout - sponson-mounted 75mm and turret-mounted 37mm - that defined the M3 Grant's unique battlefield silhouette.

Ideal For:

• North African and Desert War armor collectors
• British Eighth Army diorama builders
• Modelers building the full I Love Kit M3 family

The I Love Kit 1/35 M3 Grant Medium Tank delivers an accurate, richly detailed build of one of the Desert War's pivotal tanks.
