The IBG 1/35 Panzerkampfwagen TKS(p) (IBG 35047) depicts a captured Polish TKS tankette pressed into German service following the September 1939 campaign, marked with the "(p)" suffix the Wehrmacht used to denote captured Polish equipment.
The TKS was a Polish light reconnaissance tankette developed in the 1930s from the earlier TK-3 design, with improvements including modified frontal armor, a new engine, thicker armor plates, an improved drive train, and a commander's periscope. Serial production began in 1934, and a total of 280 were built.
Following the defeat of Poland, the Germans absorbed significant numbers of surviving TKS tankettes into their own inventory, using them for occupation duties, training, and rear-area security.
Key Features:
- 1/35 scale injection molded plastic kit depicting the vehicle in German captured-equipment configuration
- Detailed hull and running gear shared with the original TKS design
- Decal sheet for period German markings on captured Polish equipment
Ideal For:
- Captured-equipment and Beutepanzer collectors

The IBG 1/35 Panzerkampfwagen TKS(p) is a fascinating, less-common subject for collectors interested in captured Polish vehicles in German service.
