1/35 Pz.Kpfw.V Panther Ausf.D, WWII German Tank - ICM 35361

The ICM 1/35 FCM 36 with French Tank Crew (ICM 35338) depicts one of the most technologically advanced French tanks of 1940, bundled with a set of period French tank crew figures for a complete vignette.

The FCM 36 (Char léger Modèle 1936 FCM) was a French light infantry tank developed from 1934 to replace the aging Renault FT. It featured advanced technology for its era, including a diesel engine and extensively welded sloped armor, though its higher production cost limited the run to just 100 vehicles. In 1940, the type equipped the 503e Groupement de Bataillons de Chars, which unsuccessfully counterattacked the decisive German breakthrough at Sedan.

Key Features:

• 1/35 scale injection molded plastic kit including French tank crew figures
• Welded, sloped armor hull accurately reproduced
• 37mm main gun and coaxial machine gun
• Decal sheet for period French Army markings

Ideal For:

• Battle of France 1940 collectors
• French interwar armor enthusiasts
• Modelers building the full ICM FCM 36 range

The ICM 1/35 FCM 36 with French Tank Crew is a technically interesting build honoring an often-overlooked French design.
