1/35 T-34-76 with Soviet Tank Riders - ICM 35368

The ICM 1/35 10.5cm leFH 16(Sf) auf Geschützwagen FCM36(f) (ICM 35340) depicts a German self-propelled howitzer built on the captured chassis of the French FCM 36 light tank, mounting a 105mm leFH 16 howitzer in an open-topped armored superstructure.

The FCM 36 (Char léger Modèle 1936 FCM) was a French light infantry tank developed from 1934 to replace the aging Renault FT. It featured advanced technology for its era, including a diesel engine and extensively welded sloped armor, though its higher production cost limited the run to just 100 vehicles. In 1940, the type equipped the 503e Groupement de Bataillons de Chars, which unsuccessfully counterattacked the decisive German breakthrough at Sedan.

The conversion was designed by German engineer and artillerist Alfred Becker in collaboration with Alkett. The FCM 36's engine-transmission group and much of its hull remained unchanged, while an MG 34 machine gun served as secondary armament. These self-propelled guns operated alongside 75mm anti-tank self-propelled guns as part of mobile units, capable of both direct fire and indirect fire from concealed positions.
