1/35 s.E.Pkw Kfz.70 with Zwillingssockel 36, WWII German Military Vehicle - ICM 35503

The ICM 1/35 s.E.Pkw Kfz.70 with Zwillingssockel 36 (ICM 35503) depicts the same heavy Horch-built off-road vehicle fitted with a Zwillingssockel 36 twin-mount anti-aircraft installation carrying two 7.92mm MG 34 machine guns.

The Kfz.70 infantry transporter was one variant of the Horch 108 Typ 40 army vehicle, a heavy off-road car produced by Horch and the German branch of Ford until 1942. Serving as a multifunctional military transport for the Wehrmacht, the vehicle performed a wide range of tasks across nearly every theater of combat, from France to Stalingrad and from North Africa to Scandinavia.

Vehicles equipped this way could engage air targets or act as a mobile fire support platform, hitting targets at ranges up to 2,000 meters, and were used for anti-aircraft defense, patrolling, and escorting transport convoys.

Key Features:

• 1/35 scale injection molded plastic kit with Zwillingssockel 36 twin MG 34 mount
