Glass File (Long) - MENG MODEL MTS-048a

The Meng Model MTS-048a Meng Glass File – Long. Meng Model's modelling tools range applies the same engineering precision to hobby tools as to their acclaimed model kits.

Meng Model's Glass Files are precision sanding tools with a glass fiber reinforced surface that provides an extremely flat and consistent sanding face — unlike foam or paper-backed sandpaper which can conform around high spots. The flat glass surface ensures even material removal and perfectly flat panel surfaces, making it ideal for cleaning mold seam lines on flat surfaces, flattening warped resin parts, and preparing flat panels for painting. The Long version provides extended reach for larger surfaces.

Key Features:

• Glass fiber reinforced flat sanding surface
• Long format for extended reach on larger surfaces
• Flat face ensures perfectly even material removal
• Ideal for flat panel seam lines and surface prep
• Durable and reusable — rinse clean with water

Ideal For:

• Scale modelers of all levels seeking quality sanding tools
• Competition modelers requiring professional-grade surface finishing
• Modelers working with plastic, resin, and white metal
• Anyone upgrading from standard sandpaper to foam-backed flexible tools
