1/35 Chieftain Mk.10 - Meng Model TS-051

The Meng Model TS-051 1/35 British Chieftain Mk.10 Main Battle Tank. Meng Model is one of the world's finest 1/35 scale model kit manufacturers, noted for exceptional surface detail, part fit, and comprehensive accessory content.

The Chieftain Mk.10 was the definitive production standard of Britain's Cold War main battle tank — a vehicle that combined the most powerful tank gun of its era (120mm L11A5) with Stillbrew appliqué armor added in the 1980s to improve crew protection against shaped charge warheads. The Chieftain served with the British Army of the Rhine until replaced by Challenger 1 in the late 1980s.
