1/35 Scammell Pioneer Tractor TRMU30 - Thunder Model TM35204

The Thunder Model TM35204 1/35 1/35 Scammell Pioneer Tractor TRMU30 is a premium 1/35 scale kit from Thunder Model. Thunder Model is a Chinese manufacturer that has built a strong reputation for producing highly detailed 1/35 scale kits of engineering, transport, and utility vehicles — subjects that other manufacturers have largely ignored. Their range covers US Army engineering tractors and heavy wreckers, the British Scammell Pioneer family, LRDG patrol vehicles, German railway wagons, and other specialist subjects that are available from no other manufacturer in 1/35 scale.

The TRMU30 (Tank Recovery Mechanical Unit, 30-ton) designates the standard tank transporter tractor configuration of the Scammell Pioneer. This variant captures the specific tractor head configuration paired with the 30-ton semi-trailer system used to transport Valentine, Matilda, and Churchill tanks across the North Africa, Italian, and NW Europe campaigns.
