This Memorial Day, we pause to remember the brave men and women whose courage shaped the stories behind every model we create. Their sacrifice is the foundation of the history we preserve and share.
Across the modeling community — from Armor Modeling & Preservation Society (AMPS) to International Plastic Modelers' Society (IPMS) and others — builders share a common mission: preserving history in miniature. Every carefully painted hull, weathered track, and hand-crafted diorama tells the story of real people, real machines, and real sacrifice. This Memorial Day, we join fellow modelers in honoring the men and women whose service shaped the history we recreate, ensuring their legacy endures one model at a time.
