Legend Productions

Legend Productions is a widely acclaimed South Korean scale model manufacturer celebrated for producing exceptionally high-quality resin kits, detailed aftermarket conversion sets, and miniature figures. They are highly regarded by military modeling hobbyists for filling specific detail gaps left by major injection-molded plastic kit manufacturers.
Core Product Offerings
The company features a massive product database with hundreds of entries focusing primarily on military armor, aviation, and historical themes:
  • Resin Figures: They offer an extensive catalog of meticulously sculpted figures across multiple eras, including World War II, the Vietnam War, and modern combat operations. These are sold as individual pieces or multi-figure diorama sets.
  • Conversion and Upgrade Sets: Legend Productions is exceptionally famous for its complex conversion kits that transform standard vehicle models into specific, niche variants. This includes heavy emphasis on Allied armor, Vietnam-era upgrades, and extensive Israel Defense Forces (IDF) modifications.
  • Stowage and Detail Accessories: They supply a massive assortment of realistic structural additions like sandbags, resin gear bags, ammunition boxes, vehicle-specific stowage, and photo-etched metal upgrade parts.
Materials & Build Notes
Hobbyists should note that Legend Productions kits are crafted using poured resin and photo-etched metal parts, rather than traditional polystyrene plastic. They are increasingly utilizing precision 3D-printed parts for finer components. Because these models are unpainted factory-sealed kits, they require clean-up, assembly with cyanoacrylate (super glue), and advanced hobby painting to finish.
